	Period of Cover The conditions of the Contract commence at the Delivery Date and the benefits commence on the later to occur of either the Delivery Date, the expiry of any Manufacturer's express warranty, or Dealership's Statutory Warranty provided with the Vehicle ("Benefits Commencement Date"). The term of the Contract shall continue until the earlier to occur of the date that is 3 years from the Benefits Commencement Date or the Vehicle travelling in excess of the Expiry Kilometres, unless otherwise determined in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
